BBC London (News) is the BBC's regional television news service for the capital and home counties. BBC London moved from Marylebone High Street to the new Egton Wing of Broadcasting House in September 2009, with the first edition of the programme in its new home broadcast on 28 September 2009. BBC Arabic Television also broadcasts from the building and all BBC News bulletins and programmes will move to the facilities there by 2012.

The current look came in at the same time as the wider rebrand of BBC News as a whole to unify the brand across all output in April 2008. The brand was designed by well known agency Lambie-Nairn.
